I've been craving "Great Kahn" style noodles, and all of the closest "authentic" restaurants are in the SJ area (I live in Hayward). This also gives me more of an excuse to visit my friend, so we decided to give this place a shot this past weekend and we LOVED it! We'll be going again this upcoming weekend ;) Note: don't get in the habit of filling those bowls right off the bat! It's and all-you-can-eat thing, so take your time! The food is good and their selections of things that you can put in your bowl has been getting better and better as the years have gone by. I have been going to Su's for years and it is easy to see why they have stayed in bussiness for as long as they have good food at a good price. -

Mixing soy sauce with the sweet and sour and dipping their deep fried goodness is amazing. An underrated feature of this place, IMO.
