I got all of you beat, I brought a chrysler 300 and the bumper and grill fell off less than 30 days!!! So when I brought it back to them, they pretty much said that I did it. After a civil conversation with the Manager who's name I will not mention.He decided to have it repaired at no additional cost to me. They say never buy a new car, but buying a used car these days may cost you more in the long run. I will never take my business back there again. I can't fault the sales guy. You have no protection when you take a used car off the lot and bring it back with a problem that could have happened after the sale. It's your word versus their's. It's a tough spot to be in for both. I am glad they did the right thing. My next state was filing a complaint with the States attorney and the Better Business Bureau.
